Small Groups
We know without a doubt that small groups stimulate personal growth, growth within the body of Christ and establishes life long friendships. We encourage you right now if you are not a part of a small group to talk with the Small Groups coordinator at Cornerstone to find a group with similar interests where you will be able to learn and grow together with us.
What is a Small Group program at Cornerstone all about?
Our small groups are at the core of how we hope to accomplish our purpose. "To know Christ fully and make Him fully known". The Small Groups program is one of our Church's focal points. It is all about friendship, learning more about God and finding help when going through a difficult situation. It is the place to ask your most difficult questions and provides an opportunity to help others. Our Small Groups program is gaining momentum as more members begin to see the high life value that they provide. Many members are already a part of of a small group and many others are starting to seriously consider being a part of one. In a church setting it is sometimes easy to get lost in the large crowd. In a small group you are part of a smaller family group setting.
What is a Small Group and why should I be a part of one?
Small Groups are all about building strong Christian relationships. They are about a group of people getting together on a regular basis typically meeting at a members home. Small groups require a commitment on your part. That commitment will be life changing! As the group discusses real life issues and provides encouragement and strength to keep you moving forward, you will find yourself not wanting to miss a single one. As you, turn to the Bible and see what God has to say about life, share in discussions about God's Word and personally apply it. Your life will be blessed in amazing ways.
