Privacy Policy
The Cornerstone Community Church (CCC) collects personal information on its members to facilitate contact and communication between the CCC Board, Program Coordinators, and the general CCC membership. There is no requirement to provide personal information, other than name, to be a member of the CCC. At any time a member of the CCC can request a review of all their personal information held by the CCC. The point of contact is the Membership Registrar.
The CCC collects personal information in the following ways:
- through the CCA website - through regular mail, and email correspondence - at CCC events
The CCC stores personal information in the following ways:
- personal information is only accessible to CCC Board members - when necessary, personal information is released to program coordinators
The CCC uses personal information for internal purposes in the following ways:
- to obtain insurance - to plan CCC programs
The CCC distributes personal information externally in the following ways:
- the CCC will only release personal information to third parties with prior consent from the CCC member or when it is required by law
Destruction Policy:
Personal information on members who have left the CCC will be destroyed within 90 days of their request to have their personal information destroyed.
